Bike and Run Aid Station

Set up all the materials (tables, food, drinks, bins, etc.)

Hand out drinks and snacks to the athletes as they pass

Take down the aid station

Clean the area after the athletes pass

Triathlon Bike Park

Manage the entry and exit flow

Guide athletes to their spot

Answer athletes' questions

Watch over athletes' bikes

Swim Start

Ensure the swimmers’ safety by paddling around them in a kayak*

Check that athletes follow the correct path and redirect if necessary

*Must be comfortable in a kayak

Site Clean-Up

Empty bins

Restock toilet paper

Pick up waste (gels, cups, etc.)

Registration Desk

Welcome participants and answer questions

Hand out race bibs

Prepare and distribute athlete packs

Finish Line

Handle refreshments (food and drink distribution)

Hand out medals


Parking

Direct cars and assign parking spaces

Manage the flow of vehicles

Stewards

Manage the crowd at entry/exit points

Ensure smooth flow where public, athletes, and vehicles meet

Bag Check

Watch over athletes’ bags

Return bags after the race

Bike Park (non-triathlon)

Watch over athletes' bikes

Volunteer Compensation

You can choose one of the following:

  1. Receive €40 per day of volunteering
  2. Get a €70 discount code to use on any race we organize
  3. Offer your €70 discount code to a friend, family member, or colleague
